Gluten-Free Greek Yogurt Fruit Tart
Enjoy this gluten-free and guilt-free Greek yogurt fruit tart. It's a simple dessert that tastes great and is full of healthy ingredients and bright flavors.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup gluten-free oats
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 3 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- Assorted fresh fruits e

- , berries, kiwi, mango
- 1-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup for drizzling
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 175F 350C
Use a food processor to blend the oats into a coarse flour
Put oat flour, almond flour, honey or maple syrup, and melted coconut oil in a bowl
Mix until you get a dough
Cover the bottom and sides of a tart pan with dough that has been pressed into it evenly
It should be baked for 12 to 15 minutes, or until it turns a light golden brown color
Let it cool all the way down
The crust should now be cool
Spread Greek yogurt evenly over it
Put different kinds of fresh fruits on top of the yogurt
Put honey or maple syrup on top of the fruit
Cut it up, serve it, and enjoy!
