Coconutty Oatmeal Almond Joy Cookies



These vegan cookies are packed with the flavors of almond joy candy bars, featuring coconut, almonds, and chocolate. They're perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth while being entirely plant-based.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet

Put rolled oats, shredded coconut, almond flour, almond butter, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, almond milk, dairy-free chocolate chips, chopped almonds, vanilla extract, and salt in a large bowl

Mix the ingredients together

Mix everything together well

Take about two tablespoons of the mix and shape it into the shape of a cookie

Place the cookies on the baking sheet that has been prepared, leaving space between them

Put it in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown

After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way
