Honey Butter Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients:
- 2 pork tenderloins about 1 lb each
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions:
Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C
Salt and black pepper the pork tenderloins
Melt the butter in a skillet that can go in the oven over medium-high heat
Grill the pork tenderloins all the way through until they are golden brown
Take it out of the pan and set it aside
Put honey, minced garlic, dried thyme, and dried rosemary in the same pan
Cook for one to two minutes, or until the food smells good
Cover the pork tenderloins with the honey butter mixture and put them back into the pan
Put the skillet in the oven while it's already hot and add chicken broth
Put the pork in the oven and roast it for 20 to 25 minutes, or until it reaches 145F 63C inside
When you roast the pork, baste it with the honey butter sauce
After the pork is done, let it rest for a few minutes before cutting it up
Put the Honey Butter Pork Tenderloin slices on a plate and top them with the tasty pan sauce
