Instant Pot Chicken Parm Spaghetti Squash
Ingredients:
- 1 medium spaghetti squash, halved and seeds removed
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions:
Add one cup of water to the trivet and put it in the Instant Pot
Place the spaghetti squash halves on the trivet so that the cut side is facing up
Add oregano, basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the chicken slices to make them taste better
Put the chicken slices on top of the marinara sauce
Place the lid on top of the Instant Pot and seal the valve
Cook for 8 minutes on high pressure
Quickly let the pressure go down, and then carefully take the chicken and spaghetti squash out of the Instant Pot
Shred the spaghetti squash into long strands with a fork
Put the cooked chicken, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses on top of the shredded spaghetti squash dish
Put the dish under the broiler for two to three minutes, or until the cheese melts and bubbles
Before serving, sprinkle with fresh basil leaves
