Slow Cooker Cranberry Turkey Breast



This Slow Cooker Cranberry Turkey Breast recipe offers a convenient and flavorful way to enjoy a tender turkey dish infused with the tangy sweetness of cranberry sauce. Perfect for a cozy family dinner or holiday gathering.

Ingredients:

  • 1 turkey breast, boneless about 2-3 pounds
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Cranberry sauce, orange juice, honey, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl

Put the turkey breast in the crock pot

Make sure the turkey breast is evenly covered with the cranberry mixture as you pour it over it

Cover and set the heat to low

Cook for 6 to 7 hours, or until the turkey is soft and cooked all the way through

The turkey breast is ready when it comes out of the slow cooker

Let it rest for a few minutes before cutting it
